The energybank vision is for a Europe-wide market in energy-bonds, backed by renewable assets and owned by the people and businesses that use them.
Project energybank will begin in 2012 as a collaborative design project running for twelve months. The project will bring together industry and government stakeholders to develop the systems designs for energybank to be realised. The project structure will be modelled on The Offshore Valuation.
